home and not sell. The remaining option is to rent their residence upon their departure.
I can provide property management service at a reduced rate, upon a commitment that when it comes
time for selling your home, I will be your Realtor.
For your commitment, we will:

Provide a reduced rental service fee.

For those serviced in Leavenworth
area, I will consult with the owners, determine what repairs and improvements need to be
performed by the seller or professionals before departure and renting.

Advise owners what rent the market will bare.

Obtain a written commitment from owner of rental servicing.
-
Obtain qualified renters and remain in compliance with local, state and federal housing laws.

Make timely collection and forwarding of funds to owners.

Make immediate contact with renters should payment be delayed and imposing late fee penalties, if
appropriate.

Void the management fee, unless
owner's property is occupied with renters.

Review owners property monthly, to insure it is kept in presentable condition, and if
necessary perform an announced interior inspection.

If necessary, develop appropriate documents for
evictions, witness sheriffs removal, and help acquired attorney with suit against evicted or past renters owing past rents or damage collection.

Responding immediate to owner's requests and desires.
